El sabor del PAC CHOI es suave y particular, no se parece a otras coles. Lo que vamos a encontrar en tiendas es un cogollo de grandes hojas externas. En fresco se usa com\u00fanmente en la preparaci\u00f3n de ensaladas, sin embargo, es m\u00e1s com\u00fan su consumo salte\u00e1ndolas con otros vegetales y setas comestibles.\u00a0Hay que tener en cuenta que es una verdura suave y delicada, no nos interesa realizar largas cocciones con ella, sino que debemos tratar de mantener cierta tirantez en el resultado. Cortar el PAC CHOI en peque\u00f1os trozos e incorporarlo junto con otros alimentos al wok da un resultado fresco y arom\u00e1tico.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n conserva su sabor al cocinar al vapor y va muy bien como acompa\u00f1amiento de un buen plato de ramen.\u00a0 Tambi\u00e9n acepta muy bien el picante y en la cocina oriental es habitual encontrarlo en rellenos de rollitos o empanadillas.<\/p>\n<p>No es un alimento cal\u00f3rico: en 100 gramos de <span style=\"color: #333333;font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', 'Bitstream Charter', Times, serif;font-size: 16px\">PAC CHOI<\/span> apenas vais a encontrar 13 calor\u00edas, es rico en fibra y contiene antioxidantes y vitaminas. Hay que destacar su alto porcentaje de vitamina C, A, B y K. Es fuente de potasio, calcio, f\u00f3sforo, magnesio y hierro, aunque en cantidades moderadas. El pak choi es un alimento sano y nutritivo que a\u00f1adir a nuestra dieta habitual, una verdura con un sabor diferente que puede sacarnos un poco de la rutina a la que estamos acostumbrados.
