Salsa verde
Ingredientes:
Media cebolla
1 diente de ajo
Media cucharadita de sal
4 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
1 cucharada sopera de harina
Pimienta y laurel
300ml de caldo de pescado
Media pastilla de caldo concentrado de pescado
Perejil
4 filetes de rosada
Preparación:
Pelar la cebolla y el ajito y picarlo muy finito, a continuación lo ponemos a sofreir en una cacerola con un chorrito de aceite de oliva.
Una vez estén bien dorados, le echamos la harina, se remueve muy bien y acto seguido vertemos el caldo de pescado; también añadimos la pastilla de caldo, una pizca de sal y por último un poco de pimienta. Vamos removiendo con mucho cuidado durante 5 minutos mientras se va cocinando todo.
Picamos el perejil muy finito, y se incorpora a la cacerola, junto con el laurel y los filetes de pescado y dejamos que se cocine unos 20 minutos a fuego medio..Y ya tenemos esta estupenda receta de Salsa Verde acompañada con rosada.
