Mermelada de Fresas Casera
Ingredientes:
1 kg de fresas.
500 gr de azúcar.
El zumo de medio limón.
Preparación
Lavamos las fresas, les quitamos la parte verde y las troceamos.
Las colocamos en una cazuela, agregamos el azúcar y el chorrito de limón.
Cocinamos a fuego lento durante una hora, removiendo de vez en cuando, hasta que se vayan deshaciendo las fresas.
Cuando la mermelada esté hecha, retiramos del fuego y dejamos enfriar.
