Salmón Ahumado con Germinados
Ingredientes principales
8 lonchas de salmón ahumado (200 grs.)
4 tomates cherry
Alcaparras
Germinados de Rabano chino
Germinados de brócoli
Germinado Col
1 cebolla roja
4 rábanos
Aceite de oliva virgen extra
Vinagre balsámico de módena
Sal maldón
Preparación
Dado que se trata de una ensaladita rápida y sencilla, la iremos preparando y montando al mismo tiempo, para ello disponemos de una loncha de salmón en el fondo de un plato llano, y a todo lo largo colocamos sobre ella una tira continua de Germinados de col, brócoli, rabano chino con un tomate cherry cortado al medio. A un lado, otra loncha de salmón como formando un paquetito. Echamos las alcaparras y unas rodajas de cebolla roja cruda.
Para terminar lavamos y fileteamos un rabanito, que colocaremos a un lado.
Rematamos con un buen chorretón de aceite de oliva virgen extra, unas gotitas de vinagre y unas escamas de sal.
