Tostada de tortilla con germinados
Receta a base de pan tostado en el horno y sobre el pan unas tortillas de huevo, queso, jamón cocido y germinados de albahaca.
Ingredientes (4 personas)
4 rebanadas finas de pan de hogaza
8 huevos
8 lonchas de queso
4 lonchas de jamón cocido
75 gr. de germinados de albahaca
1 tomate
1 diente de ajo
aceite de oliva
sal
perejil
Preparación
Coloca las rebanadas de pan en una bandeja de horno y hornea a 225ºC hasta que se doren por los dos lados. Retira y frota en el momento, con el diente de ajo y después con el tomate partido por la mitad. Riega con un chorrito de aceite y reserva.
Romper dos huevos y bátelos en un bol con una pizca de sal y un poco de perejil picado. Haz una tortilla fina o crepe en una sartén con unas gotitas de aceite. Cuando cuaje, dale la vuelta. Retira a una fuente y repite la operación hasta hacer cuatro tortillas.
Pon sobre cada tortilla dos lonchas de queso, cubre con una de jamón cocido y añade los germinados de albahaca. Enrolla cada tortilla hasta hacer cuatro rollitos.
Coloca el pan tostado en el plato y acomoda encima la tortilla de germinados. Decora con una hojita de perejil.
Consejo
Si quieres que la corteza del pan tenga un aspecto brillante, bate un huevo con una cucharada de leche y, antes de meter la hogaza al horno, píntala con la mezcla.
Si no encuentras germinados de albahaca BioBio, puedes sustituirlos por otros germinados BioBio.
